How to setup Open Transport
TCP/IP
Install Instructions
The Open Transport installer will install a number of Extensions and the Control Panel TCP/IP.
- You should follow the Install Instructions in Setup-FreePPP before restarting your computer.
- To make Open Transport & FreePPP available you will have to restart your computer.
Configuring OpenTransport
The following instructions assume you have installed FreePPP and set it up correctly.
Open the Control Panels folder
Open TCP/IP
Set the 'Connect via:' menu to 'FreePPP'
Set the 'Configure:' menu to 'PPP Server'
In the 'Name surver addr:' field enter the following numbers (press return between each number) '203.18.79.20' and '203.18.79.1'
In the 'Starting domain name:' field enter 'nectar.com.au'
Close TCP/IP, and when it asks you if it should save changes answer OK.
You should now be setup correctly to connect to Nectar.
