Configuring Ircle
There are 2 main sets of preferences that need to be setup for Ircle, though all the rest are worth looking at as there may be something you wish to set.

Select Preferences -> Startup... from the menu File in Ircle.
And fill out the window as follows.

Replace <user_name>, <real_name> & <nick> with your own.

The server menu on this page contains many different servers. If you choose to use none of those listed you can select Other..., from the menu, and enter your own.
The server and port can be set to any of the those available on the IRC server page.

Select Preferences -> CTCP... from the menu File in Ircle, and fill out the FINGER reply section, replacing <user_name> with your own.

To open an IRC session select Open connection from the menu File, after setting up the above and saving the preferences.

Ircle is available on this site in the directory '/pub/mac/web'.

If you think that there is anything missing from this documentation don't hesitate to send suggestions.
